These three dimensional mandalas are created from folded photographs of butterfly wings, creating a rhythmic and meditative original piece of art.  Created with a photograph of a Red-Spotted Purple Admiral butterfly. The complementary blue and orange in this piece really make it glow.  The  mandala is coated with epoxy resin, giving it a high gloss sheen, while also protecting the original photographs from UV light and other elements.
