It's now been two months and two days since I've been sheltering in place.  While the city has lifted a majority of restrictions, I (and lots of other people) seem quite weary to go casually grab a coffee or head to the mall...

I'm choosing to focus on my art instead of the doom and gloom.  This contemporary abstract photo collage was created with images of a green and red lanternfly.  I create these modern collages by photographing various insect wings, then rotating the image to create a radial pattern, or mandala.  I then layer several different patterns to create one final digital collage.  These limited edition, metallic based photo prints are a perfect gift for any contemporary art collector looking for a unique piece!
